A minimum paid-up capital of RM1 only

A minimum of one (1) shareholder to the share(s) of the company

A minimum of one director who are at least 18 years of age and are residing in Malaysia.

The Director is not a bankrupt and has not been convicted and imprisoned for a period of past 5 years. .

A minimum of one Company Secretary (Company Secretary must be a member of any one of the prescribed professional bodies or licensed by the SSM). BAS can provide you the Company Secretarial Services at a fee.

Must have a registered office in Malaysia to which all communications and notices may be addressed. It is normal practice in Malaysia to have the secretarial office as the registered office.

Based on our experience having incoporated over hundreds of companies, the estimate timeline will take about 3-4 working days to complete. This includes registering your business with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), the governing body for all company registration in Malaysia

The incorporation timeline is very dependent on the accuracy and completeness of  the documents and information provided. The estimate speed of the process is based on our experiences dealing with SSM and the stability of the SSM MYCOID online system. The cut off time is at 12.00pm ( Monday – Friday).
